The
Hoffman House started as a labor of love by Pat and Ginny
Bradley back in 1975. After two years of intense restoration,
the Hoffman House opened for business in June of 1977.
Registered on the National Landmark of Historic Places,
the Hoffman House is a fine example of Early American
Dutch rubble architecture featuring wide planked random
width board floors, a fire place in each of the main rooms
and many small multi-level rooms.
The
Hoffman House is located at the corner of the historic
Stockade district and once served as fortification and
lookout against Indian attacks. Today the Hoffman House
serves a continental fare featuring, steaks, fresh seafood,
and homemade pasta and desserts. Dining is enhanced in
the winter by fireside seating and in the summer by an
open air patio.
You
can enjoy lunch Monday through Saturday 11:30am to 4:30pm
and dinner Monday through Saturday 4:30pm on. A lite dining
menu is also available through the dinner hours.
